Inspection fees are due at time of inspection by either check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. If client is not present at inspection, client will be invoiced thru email when inspection report is sent to client. Client must docusign contract and pay for home inspection before report results are unlocked for viewing.  Inspector does not allow for inspection fees under normal circumstances to be added to the HUD and inclusion of inspection fees on HUD must be OK’d by Wilmington Inspection Group. Normally if inspection invoice needs to be included on HUD (paid closing costs)  a $50 up charge is added to inspection fee.

 

There is a $50 dollar upcharge to travel to Surf City, Snead’s Ferry, Oak Island, St James, Winding River, Holden Beach, Southport, or Bald Head island.
