Within 24 hours of an on-site consultation, our inspectors email the client a detailed, home inspection report with full-color pictures. (Client participation at inspection is always encouraged.)

Our inspectors use cutting-edge technology to shoot videos which enable the client to view areas of the home that may be difficult to see. For instance, GoPro cameras can capture crawlspace conditions, while camera drones can get aerial footage of roofs which are too tall or too steep to safely walk. Infrared camera scans are also available for inspections.
