Here at Carolina Coast Inspection & Energy, we strive to provide excellent customer service for residential and commercial property inspections, HERS ratings, (ENERGY STAR for new Construction), National Association of Home Builders Green Verifications, RELO inspections, home energy audits, home mortgage energy audits as well as residential and commercial construction.

Founded in 2005, our inspector teams qualifications are second to none. We are licensed home inspectors, licensed general contractors, HERS raters, NAHB green building verifiers, relocation inspectors, and licensed real estate brokers. We combine over 40 years of residential and commercial construction experience in the greater Wilmington and surrounding areas. We carry General Liability and Professional Liability insurances and are members of many local realtor, green, and building associations.

We uses the finest tools and technologies associated with our industry.  Our tools of trade include infrared cameras, blower door systems, duct blaster systems, moisture meters, anemometers, rem rate and techtite energy software as well as computer generated reports with full color pictures for all property inspections.

We are based in Wilmington, North Carolina but our service areas include Myrtle Beach, Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Fayetteville, and Greenville.
